We will make every effort to get your order out as fast as we can, but please be advised most non-custom orders should ship within 7 business days. We are a small, family-owned and operated business and while we make every effort to avoid them, shipping delays are possible.

WE WILL TRY TO USE THE SHIPPING METHOD ENTERED AT TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT OCCASIONALLY A BETTER SHIPPING OPTION MAY BE SELECTED WHEN WE SHIP IT OUT (USPS VS FEDEX VS UPS). PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY MODIFICATIONS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS MADE AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED WILL EXTEND THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAME AND MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL DELAYS.

WHEN PACKAGES BREAK OR GET LOST, WE HOLD THE SHIPPING CARRIER ( FEDEX UPS, USPS, OR FREIGHT LINE) RESPONSIBLE, WHO BROKE THE PACKAGE OR LOST IT, FOR THE DAMAGES. THIS IS WHY WE ENSURE EACH AND EVERY PACKAGE THAT LEAVES OUR SHOP. WE OPEN A CLAIM AGAINST THE INSURANCE, AND ALL DECISIONS REGARDING THE CLAIM, ARE OUT OF OUR HANDS. ALL DECISIONS REGARDING THE CLAIM, ARE COMPLETELY UP TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OR SAY REGARDING THE CLAIM. PAYOUT AMOUNT, PAYOUT TIMELINE, ADDITIONAL PROOF NEEDED, ADDITIONAL PACKAGING INSPECTIONS ETC, ARE ALL SUBJECT TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER’S GUIDELINES AND TIMELINE.

Because of the custom nature of these orders, these orders are final sales and returns are not accepted.

ALL DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY DATE, ALONG WITH PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE/S. DUE TO THE SMALL-BATCH NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER THIS INITIAL 48-HOUR PERIOD WILL BE VOID AND UNABLE TO BE EXCHANGED. FOR CLAIMS GREATER THAN $50, THE REFUND WILL BE SENT AFTER THE INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS AND INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED. PLEASE NOTE, THIS MAY TAKE 4-8 WEEKS. FOR CLAIMS UNDER $50, THE REFUND WILL BE SENT IMMEDIATELY. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR CLAIMS PROCESS MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF THE CLAIM AND LOSS OF REFUND. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO SEND ANY DAMAGED ITEMS BACK PRIOR TO RECEIVING A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR A REFUND.
